About the role

You will have the opportunity to significantly impact Designline's growth as a Product Designer by creating outstanding design solutions for our industry-leading clients.

You will work closely with product and design leadership to identify new opportunities and create delightful user experiences that will make users feel empowered, as well as leveraging our product growth.

This role requires an expert knowledge of engagement mechanics, behavioural design techniques and high level of interaction design skills to lead and shape our product at a fast-moving pace whilst maintaining a high bar of product quality.

About the team

The Product Design team translates client briefs into outstanding design solutions with excellent customer experience. As a part of our Product Design team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our growth, design process, culture and to raise the bar of design quality.

What you’ll do

• Participate into the end-to-end design process, from effective problem framing, through ideation, co-creation, advanced prototyping, user validation and ending with high-fidelity designs
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Collaborate with developers for high-quality implementation
• Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them
• Help to grow our design team, improve processes and mentor people
• Keep up a fast-moving pace of experimentation and decision-making
• Identify new product improvement opportunities

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with using tools like Figma and Sketch. Webflow is a plus.
• Experience in creating complex interaction design, experiences and end-to-end flows, copywriting, wireframing, prototypes and with high-fidelity visuals
• An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a good eye for design
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to articulate design decisions, with an iterative mindset and openness to learn and adapt
